Kale Bundle / out of season

Kale maintains its texture nicely when cooked and can be prepared in a variety of ways, such as steaming, stir-frying, roasting, or consuming raw. It can also be incorporated into smoothies, turned into kale chips by roasting, added to soup for wilting, mixed with potatoes for mashing, or transformed into pesto. Easily remove the middle rib by hand and savor the delicate leaves.
